The situation.
The dealer group had lots of data — from DMS, CRM, service, marketing — but no way to turn it into concrete action signals for advisors in everyday business.
Classic BI dashboards made the signals visible but never carried them into the actual customer conversation.
What we built.
KAITUM AI aggregates the relevant signals and prioritises them per advisor. In their interface they see: who to contact today, for what reason, on which channel.
The model learns continuously from actions and outcomes. We run the data architecture, model operations and GDPR governance end to end.
