Software systems that — based on a language model — plan, execute and verify tasks within clearly defined boundaries.

What an agent is.
An AI agent is a software system built on a language model that doesn’t need a human at every step. It plans, executes, checks its own output and self-corrects — within clearly defined boundaries and with defined tools.
The difference to a chatbot: a chatbot answers, an agent acts. It calls APIs, reads files, runs code, writes into a CRM.
Where we deploy agents.
Not as an end in itself, but where a task is currently done by humans as routine and is clearly structured. Research agents, ticket triage, sales-signal agents, content quality review.
We always run agents with explicit guardrails: what they can do, what they can’t, who may start them, what gets logged. An agent without guardrails isn’t a product — it’s a liability.
