Digital Elements — a globally scalable showroom system.
Consistent digital customer experiences across 1,700 locations — with local relevance, central governance and 24/7 operations.
The situation.
Mercedes-Benz retail sites worldwide had grown their digital touchpoints organically — brand experience, performance and maintainability drifted apart by market.
They needed a system that was consistently recognisable but allowed local content — and that could roll out across 40+ countries without turning into a cost trap.
What we built.
We built Digital Elements: a modular showroom system of displays, content platform, data layer and operating model.
Content is adaptive — a central brand line, a local variant per market, context- and time-of-day aware. Playout runs through a centrally managed CMS, the hardware integration is certified and replaceable.
Rollout happened in waves by region, with local partners handling physical installation and our 24/7 team handling monitoring, content operations and incident response.
What it delivered.
What we brought to the table.
What's technically behind this.
These concepts from our wiki are at work in this project.
