The situation.
Mercedes-Benz’s digital retail elements had grown up organically: single websites, apps, dashboards, support tools — all separate, none manageable together technically.
The brief: an all-in-one concept that brings licence management, support, monitoring and dashboards under one roof — and stays extensible over time.
What we built.
We built the IoT platform as a single point of truth and still run it today. It unifies knowledge hub, system-monitoring cockpit, multi-tier online shop, 1st/2nd/3rd-level support, dashboards and a download area.
Expanded step by step over multiple project phases: 10+ digital elements integrated, 12,000+ registered systems, 2,000+ daily active users. Rolled out in 50+ countries, operated by us.
