The situation.
ESPR requirements for the Digital Product Passport were closing in, and HsW lacked a unified system to manage product data across the lifecycle.
Advisory pitches were plentiful — what was missing was the live platform.
What we built.
We built the DPP platform: data model, ingest from ERP/PLM, QR linking at product level, role-based access for manufacturers, retailers, maintenance and recycling.
Rolled out across 14 European markets, including local compliance mapping and training. Today ~2.4M product passports run operationally through the system.
