The situation.
Hotel Casa Colonia wanted to modernise guest communication — from digital reception to lobby displays to ongoing information during the stay.
Different point tools were in place, none of them fit the brand, and maintenance was costly.
What we built.
We designed and delivered an integrated digital setup: signage in lobby and hallways, web-based guest information, a central content system.
Visual design follows the hotel brand, the on-site team runs the content themselves, technical maintenance and monitoring run centrally with us.
