Based in Wolfsburg, Volkswagen is one of the world’s largest car manufacturers. The brand stands for innovation, quality and a broad product portfolio. As part of the “Rally the World” roadshow, VW used digital tools such as the E-Route app to make test drives more interactive and intensify customer loyalty.

In close cooperation with Volkswagen, we defined requirements and developed an app concept that combines driving fun and information transfer.
UX & UI Design
The app was designed with a clear, intuitive interface – adapted to VW’s CI guidelines and optimized for use during test drives.
App development
We developed a native iOS app for tablets that is offline-capable and works stably during test drives.
Interactive functions
During the journey, the app displays promotions, provides product information and motivates drivers to engage with the vehicle in a playful way.
Configurator & multilingualism
An integrated configurator makes it possible to compare consumption values, while multilingualism supports international use.
