Sharing experiences – using AR to create viral content
We developed an AR filter app for Volkswagen AG as part of the “Rally the World Roadshow”. Visitors were able to take photos and videos with immersive effects and share them directly on social networks. The result: entertainment, brand loyalty and social noise in real time.
About the customer
Headquartered in Wolfsburg, Volkswagen is one of the largest car manufacturers in the world. In addition to vehicles, VW focuses on innovative digital experiences in marketing. The aim was to actively involve trade fair visitors and achieve reach in social networks with augmented reality content.
