Rethinking sales – with an app that brings products to life
We have developed a native iOS app for Daimler AG that offers sales employees in car dealerships a digital stage for advice and product presentations. With CMS integration, a configurator and feature films, the app combines advice, live marketing and brand presentation in a single tool.

Headquartered in Stuttgart, Mercedes-Benz AG is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of premium vehicles and commercial vehicles. With the Mercedes-Benz, Smart and other brands, the company has an international presence. As part of the digitalization strategy in sales, the aim was to modernize customer advice and make the Mercedes-Benz brand a better digital experience.
Challenge / Problem
Digital sales support
Sales employees in car dealerships should be able to work more efficiently and have access to all relevant materials in one app.
Efficient maintenance of the content
An integrated CMS should ensure that content remains up-to-date and can be managed from the head office.
Real-time response to customer needs
Presentations should be adaptable on the fly: from configurators to feature films.

Technically sophisticated features had to be communicated clearly and attractively through films, visualizations and configurations.

Requirements were defined in close coordination with Daimler: Brand staging, sales support and digital consistency.
UX & UI Design
The app was designed according to CI guidelines – with intuitive navigation, high-quality design and user guidance that supports consulting situations.
App development
We developed a native iOS app with offline capability – for reliable use even without a stable internet connection.
Content integration
Feature films, product descriptions and a vehicle configurator were integrated to present products and systems in an understandable and visually appealing way.
Digital signage connection
All content can be transmitted wirelessly to external displays – perfect for live marketing in the dealership.
