For BERKY GmbH, we developed an iOS app with a Symfony backend that supports sales employees during customer appointments. Instead of static documents, products can now be presented visually convincing, interactive and tailored to the respective interest profile.

About the customer

BERKY GmbH – Specialist for hydraulic engineering and environmental technology
BERKY GmbH, based in Haren (Ems), develops and produces machines for waterway maintenance and environmental technology. With an international sales structure, BERKY faces the challenge of presenting products that require explanation in an efficient and appealing way – from new customer acquisition to existing customer support.

Challenge / Problem

Static marketing documents

Previous presentations were not tailored to the individual needs of customers and often seemed inflexible.

Live response to customer interests

Presentations should be customizable during the interview – with content that responds directly to questions and requests.

Effective sales support required

Sales employees needed a solution that could display products intuitively, quickly and in a customer-oriented way.

We developed an iOS app with a Symfony backend. It integrates product videos, 3D models and descriptions that can be called up dynamically.

Content integration

All existing marketing materials were integrated and translated into an interactive presentation format.

Automation & documentation

The app automatically saves relevant data and sends suitable information material directly to the customer – including personalized tracking.
